1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of virtuserra.com and the services provided by Virtus Erra Technologies ("Virtus Erra", "we", "us" or "our"). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our services

Virtus Erra provides digital marketing services including search engine optimization, local SEO, Google Ads management, web design and development, social media marketing, content marketing, keyword research and market research. The specific scope, deliverables and fees for each engagement are set out in a proposal, quote or service agreement.

3. Fees and payment

Monthly services are billed in advance unless otherwise agreed. One-time projects may require a deposit before work begins. Advertising spend on platforms such as Google, Meta or LinkedIn is paid directly by the client to the platform and is not included in our fees unless stated in writing.

Late payments may result in services being paused until the account is brought up to date.

4. Term and cancellation

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, monthly services run on a month-to-month basis. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Fees for work already completed are non-refundable.

5. No guarantee of results

Search engines, AI platforms and advertising networks control their own algorithms and results. While we apply proven strategies and best practices, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or revenue. Any results shown on this website are examples and individual results will vary.

6. Client responsibilities

To deliver our services effectively, clients agree to:

• Provide timely access to websites, accounts and information we reasonably need
• Review and approve content and deliverables within agreed timelines
• Ensure that materials they provide do not infringe the rights of others

7. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables created specifically for them, such as website designs and written content. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, processes and know-how. All content on this website, including text, graphics and logos, is owned by Virtus Erra and may not be copied without permission.

8. Acceptable use of the website

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, introducing malicious code, scraping content at scale or using the site for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virtus Erra will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months before the claim arose.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during an engagement and to use it only for the purposes of that engagement.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website or services means you accept the updated Terms.
